With Singapore having both a rapidly aging population and its very own longevity research centre at the National University of Singapore, there are increasing numbers of scientific studies on longevity, healthspan and lifestyle being published.


For those with an interest in longevity, healthspan and - for this article - lifestyle, the studies below should be of interest. We will not include studies in the growing area of longevity supplement research.
