88 Rebels is a community for people who believe that health is more than nutrition plans and gym routines. It’s a way of living that blends strength, creativity and joy. Our ethos is simple: life is meant to be lived well - and that means being able to embrace the things that make us feel alive. Music, good food, meaningful culture that moves us are all essential to wellbeing.
And yes, it also means focusing on the essentials - to develop physical and mental resilience across the pillars of health.

88 Rebels brings together people who want to feel stronger in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to the world around them. 88 Rebels, is for people like us who want to have a little fun while getting through life.
It is also our way to provide support, at an accessible price (there is also a free version), to more people than we have been previously able to; to bring people together that can inspire and learn from each other.
