I was recently interviewed about mental and brain health, and provided a health coaching perspective on whole health practices that support cognitive function. This is an an area close to my heart as I saw my grandfather, a scientist, pass from the condition.
We believe that there is an excellent argument to be made that says that...
a lifestyle good for brain health is a lifestyle good for whole health.
When it comes to making lifestyle change or implementing healthy practices, health coaching has been shown to be effective both improving risk factors related to brain health and cognitive decline, both for those affected and their carers. Citations are shared at end of page.
