Our friends at Singapore's recently launched Hybrid Health company recently conducted and interview with Alastair on all things mindset, lifestyle and - for those who like to exercise in our tropical heat - hydration.
Hybrid Health create electrolyte formulations designed for active sports people and athletes. If you are into Hyrox, you may have increasingly seen them around. Please note we have no affiliation to Hybrid Health other than a shared love of getting out, moving and sweating! Plus they are a great team.
Please do enjoy their products if they meet your specific needs, alternatively home-made hydration products are also an excellent option.
