We recently took a 24 hour poll of the FaceBook Rucking community, asking:

What type of rucker are you?

The options were:

  • The Stroller - rucks for health and company.

  • The Pace Addict - all about speed, perhaps training for an event or Selection.

  • The Heavy Lifer - stacks the pates, chasing stength.

  • The Distance Junkie - just wants to rack up the Km.

And the results are...

Rucking tabber types personalities

For now, while I am focused on training for the 30km Norwegian Foot March, I'm a Pace Addict - moving with Load at Pace. Or does this make me a Distance Junkie? Of course, much depends on my - your - our - interpretation of these terms; the third in the equation being Distance.

Wherever you are, ruck safe and enjoy the process!
