Many of our friends and clients in Singapore and beyond are familiar with the podcast and videos of Andrew Huberman. His book will be the health bestseller or the year.
Protocols, An Operating Manual for the Human Body
"Protocols is an essential guide to improving brain function, enhancing mood and energy, optimizing bodily health and physical performance, and rewiring your nervous system to learn new skills and behaviors that can transform your life."
A highly anticipated release and likely to be the health bestseller of the year - not 2025 (as we had previously written) but 2026.

Huberman's online following is in the millions (IG 6.7m, X 1.4m, YouTube 5.83m), much greater than say the followers of Dr. Peter Attia (IG 1.1m, X 449km, YouTube 750k) or Dr. Michael Greger (IG 1.2m, X 155k, YouTube 1.16m).
Both Attia and Greger have had best sellers in the past, Attia with Outlive and Greger with multiple books, most recently How Not to Age.
Whilst wildly popular, Huberman is not without critics. Some have criticised statements that he has made for not being backed up by the science, most often when it comes to the efficacy of certain supplements. Huberman counters that if he makes a mistake, let him know and he can rectify. And indeed a page on his website allows for this feedback although I have not seen if he has responded to any comments. He promises that the book's citations will be extensively researched. Notwithstanding any prior erroneous statements, Huberman has undoubtedly and positively changed the health and lives of countless people.

We look forward to reading and reviewing the book when published. In the meantime, an early introduction from the author himself...
